Coaching has proven to be one of the most effective ways to support leaders in their growth and development of their character and skills and ability of leadership. Coaching can be used to help to increase effectiveness, performance and communication.
However, coaching also offers effective support in times of transition - be it the transition to a new position, place of work or even new country. Here, coaching helps in quicker reflection of the new situation and supporting implementation of the necessary changes and adaptations.
Last but not least, coaching helps in times of crises and conflict. In times of conflict, the coach - through his skills of empathetic listening - creates the room needed to leave defense mechanisms behind, think clearly and develop new perspectives that can lead to the first steps of a resolution. Even if a resolution is not possible, the coach can still provide the support needed so that conflicts become an opportunity for learning and personal growth.

Meeting face-to-face allows the fullest way of communication and relating. It should be in a safe place - you as client decide where that is, either in your office, co-working space or any public place. It should allow undisturbed conversations.
With Jakarta's traffic, coaching online via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom is an economic and time-saving way of offering coaching services.
Traning offers a good way to acquire knowledge and some initial skills, but it is coaching thet helps to follow things though until the desired outcomes are accomplished.
The trainings I offer are meant for a small group setting that is followed by one-to-one coaching to help apply acquired knowledge in one's particular context.
This training, based on James Scouller's masterpiece on leadership, provides some key principles of leadership. The coaching then applies this knowledge to determine steps of growth in leadership presence, knowhow and skill.
This training offers an introduction to the MBTI Type Indicator and the differences in how we tick. The subsequent coaching tries to apply this knowledge to your context with the aim to improve our social skills. This training and the subsequent coaching sessions are particularly well suited for teams.
